Drive Zone Online: Requirements and Improvements Needed in the Game
Drive Zone Online has a very active and engaging community on social media platforms, especially Reddit and related gaming platforms.
Players and lovers of the game share their gaming experiences with the community so that a chunk of insights can be built up and people benefit from it. With time, players get bored with the same old features and functions and expect from developers that new features and improvements are added with time. In today’s article, I will summarize all the requirements that players request from the dev team. Let’s take a deep dive into these requested improvements.
Major Improvements Needed in Drive Zone Online
Request to increase user levels
The game has a maximum of 150 levels, and users are maxed out at 150. Once players reach level, experience points (players’ XP) become duplicative, and there remains no point in going with them. The Drive Zone Online gaming system still increases players’ XP points, but no new rewards are given to them. XP points increase after reaching the maximum levels, but there is no use for those XP points in the game. So, the developers are requested to increase the user levels so the game stays interesting.
Optimization and Compatibility Issues
As discussed many times on different gaming forums, Drive Zone Online has compatibility and optimization issues. There are known frame drop and lagging issues in the game. I am not talking about the naive users and their basic devices, but these issues are reported on high-end and flagship devices. So, it is assumed that the problems are with the game rather than the players’ devices. So, it is requested that the game developers should fix these lagging issues and optimize the game.
Delay in levelling up the Cars
Levelling up the cars in the Drive Zone Online is very difficult and time-consuming. Players may lose interest in the game due to this issue. There should be ease in levelling up the vehicles even faster than in the routine practice. Developer’s team should consider this request, add some tasks, and increase the car to speed up the levelling process.
Allowing Passive Mode
Devs should consider adding passive mode for all races. Many experienced players use their vehicles to smash other cars, ultimately causing them to rotate out.
Improved Banning System
Cheating in any game kills the aroma of sportsmanship. The same is the case with the Drive Zone Online. Different cheaters worldwide use multiplier mods and collect huge amounts of drift points by doing little or no drift. Devs should focus on changing the drift-pointing system and developing an improved banking system. For example, players may only get drift points if their intended route is clear and when checking through all the checkpoints.
Spamming Issue
The players are found spamming in the chat oftenly. Devs are requested to check the subject matter and introduce a feature like delaying a message for some time of a spamming user.
Speedometer from KPH to MPH
It is the voice of the active and engaging community of the game to add or change the speedometer from KPH to MPH to add versatility.
Saving Vehicle Setups
It is requested that the developers include features to save the game progress, especially the option to save different vehicle setups and customizations.
Selling Custom Made Skins
Players of the game customize different game skins like cars and other vehicles. The game should be able to sell those custom-made skins in the marketplace to earn in-game money. Devs are requested to do what is needed and introduce such a feature in the game.
Escrow in Buying and Selling in Marketplace
As you know, if any player wants to sell any skin or car part in the in-game marketplace of Drive Zone Online, they have to hand over their whole car to the buyer. It has been reported many times that the vehicle given to the buyers is stolen and has yet to be returned. The game should have a mechanism, like an escrow service, so the seller’s original vehicle must be returned to the owner. It is a very, very important required feature of the game. Devs should look into it.
Minor Requirements
- The game should have a spray paint feature to process different custom skins.
- There should be special tracks exclusively designed for rally racing in the game.
- There should be more customizable control functions regarding avatars and drone views.
- Devs are requested to add more payment methods for selling cars, like credits. There should be no restrictions to deal only with DZO payments.
- There is already an open world map, but it is requested that a new open world map be added.
- There should be new racing and drifting maps.
Wishlist
- Devs should add motorcycles to the game.
- Car names in the game should be licensed officially to relate to original car names to add more to the personalization.
Final Words
Being an experienced player of Drive Zone Online, I have requested workable features of the game from developers. It is also the voice of the Drive Zone Online Community. The devs team may consider these features and add them in the upcoming build to add more power to the game. Drive Zone Online is now considered the open-world map game’s main competitor of Forza Horizon and GTA. It would be wise to add these features to compete more efficiently with these games.
